I would like to announce the rolling out of two things and I entirely have to thank the forum and the caliber of members we get on here. For example:
Over the past month I've been talking with our member, ichpen as he approached me and has graciously offered to become a supporting vendor of the forum. Along with adding some good content to the forum every month for us, he is also going to bring the forum out of the early 2000's and bring it up to where it should be.
What does that mean for us?
This will result in quicker speeds, much better reliability, much better technical support, and the forum will now be much more mobile friendly among many other features (such as having the ability to do instant messaging) which will...
Just wondering if it's not working for anyone else. I tried to send two messages but I don't think they were sent. They don't show up in my sent messages box.

Please welcome our friend (Steamer) Rob on the 'wet' coast who has just been 'promoted' to the status of Moderator and all that that entails.
He has graciously agreed to help out with issues and questions here for us and is a welcome addition to staff. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge both mechanical and otherwise and can be much assistance with whatever questions you may have.
Cheers Rob -- Welcome aboard and congrats, brother -- but most of all thanks for helping.
Holler if I can help.:canada::canada::canada:

Well, due to reading, like an idiot. I just found out that Pfadt has closed it's doors. Well, let me be the first one to say, that sucks! I thought they made a lot of great product.
Hey Manny, do you know what happened? The site states that they had too many orders and due to the long backorder times and lack of investment to expand, they closed their doors. Sounds odd to me, but the end result is that they are closed.
Would you have any solutions or alternatives to some of the product they offered? I was debating about a tranny brace to eliminate my drivetrain shake as much as possible. Is there something else you can suggest?

Sometimes when doing our chores here as Mods and Admins we come across this message in various locations:
Current Activity: Unknown Location /forums/mobiquo/mobiquo.php
Has anyone seen this before in their travels either here, or on another v-bulletin forum, and do you know what it means (other than the obvious).
It's strange. It's almost as if recognizes that someone is here but doesn't know where they are.
Comments..

Gooooood Day Everyone!
**THIS IS NOT GEARED TOWARDS ANYONE**
I've had a couple comments about threads going off-topic so when people were looking for information in threads, they found it a bit frustrating to have to read through conversations that were not about the subject posted.
I can see this as being a bit frustrating, however, myself, I like that the forum is not super strict and there is a bit of freedom here, however, in order to make things easier to find, could we try to keep posts on threads relevant to the topic posted by the original poster? A quick comment or question is ok, but try to bring it back on topic as soon as possible.
Examples:
If reading a thread brings up more questions you can do the...

The manager said that the museum collapse was he thought because of all the rain in the last few years.
Tennese has many issues like that.
He said that it will take 10 days to secure the red spike and then they will maybe take out roof panels to use a crane to get the cars out.
There was no damage in the plant.
It happened at 5.44 am
Chev issued a statement that a battery pack in the trunk for all the extra lights and crap caused the fire.

Hi Everyone,
I noticed the forum was down since last night. Not too sure the reason but I am trying to find out from our host what was the cause and how it can be avoided in the future.
Thanks and sorry for the frustration!
