About 12 km from 67th St. to the Blackfalds exit on Hwy 2 Ken.... Thats it.... After that a few double lane passing stretches but all single lane Hwy...

If Paul doesn't read this, maybe 11 to Sylvan and then 20 is a question to ask Paul at Mcdonalds in the morning.

Hey Paul.
Since the change of direction to Rocky. Approx how long of double highway do we have until single lane comes. Distance and Kms please.
Im just trying to figure out when we can get our rolling shots in.
Thanks Ken

I am gonna answer this as Paul is coming home from eastern Alberta now and still has to detail his car and pack tonight.

Not much... 10-12 min and 15-20 km maybe.

Maybe do the rolling shots for the Edm guys on the way down and then try get the Calgary/ Red Deer people going up.

If we went to 12 and went west it is a bit more distance.

Yes we plan to do the shots coming from Edmonton. We'll talk a bit about it when we get together in red deer.

I wish all you 'non-official-Club members a wonderful trip this weekend.
I wish I could have got away to join in. Someday.
Have fun and enjoy the journey.
My granddaughter works at the L.L. Petro-Can, It would have been a nice surprise to stop in.

Take care kids.

We have inly red deer to Blackfalds. 10 km at most and a busy section. We could go red deer to sylvan then north on hwy 20 but then we might get stretched out through several lights at sylvan. We can decide as a group in the morning.
