I came across this on my search. 1974 Manta Montage kit car. All set up with Corvette suspension, tube frame built for a LS. Needs a lot of work, and $7500 is a little tight for me right now, hopefully it would be available in a few months!
It is certainly what you'd call a "Basic" truck, no options, perfect for a farm or a working truck, I'm guessing brand new it was probably only about $1500. You can't buy anything like that now, whats a base F150... $45,000? Mind you do get a bit more technology.Ok..... I'm guessing this wasn't used as a farm worker. Too clean and too nice a shape. This was likely the 'go to town' truck. Looks like it may have been yellow at some point in time. That's a tight squeeze but you got it, all good until spring.When you should have lowered you C10 2” more. Had to take the rear wheels off the 66 to get the high enough and 4-post lift locked, to sneak the C5 under for winter storage. Tight fit! About 1/4” from the roof.
