Three or four times now I've written a post consisting of more than one sentence only to discover that when I hit the "Post Response" button I get a message informing me that I am not logged in. I was when I started the post so what gives? It's annoying to have to redo the log-in each time. Is there is a timer in play that automatically logs out users after a pre-determined time? If there is then I respectfully suggest that the allowable time be extended to 20 or 30 minutes. Thanks.
Well, due to reading, like an idiot. I just found out that Pfadt has closed it's doors. Well, let me be the first one to say, that sucks! I thought they made a lot of great product. Hey Manny, do you know what happened? The site states that they had too many orders and due to the long backorder times and lack of investment to expand, they closed their doors. Sounds odd to me, but the end result is that they are closed. Would you have any solutions or alternatives to some of the product they offered? I was debating about a tranny brace to eliminate my drivetrain shake as much as possible. Is there something else you can suggest? Here is a link to the news: http://www.pfadtracing.com/blog/pfadt-race-engineering-has-closed/
Hi Everyone! I just want to pass along the exciting news that Owais will be back and actively involved with our forum again! This is great news as we all know what an outstanding member he was on the forum with the abundance of help and fantastic service he provided whether or not he was involved with selling the vehicle. Owais will now be contributing his knowledge from Leggat Automotive Group. Please help me welcome him back and support someone that has done very well with supporting us over the past year. Over the next day or two, while we get set up with Leggat, Owais will be more than happy to help answer any questions you may have with the current Corvette or any questions you have about the upcoming 2016. Welcome Owais!!!
Dear CCF, Happy to announce that our heavily refreshed mobile app is now starting to roll out across mobile app stores. The app offers a much more streamlined experience for mobile users, push notifications, a dark theme and much more.... Some sample screens below. For Android users, app is fully rolled out, can be found at this link directly: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.clementlabs.mobile.android.ccf For Apple iOS users, click below: https://apple.co/3QWMrzg The app is currently priced at $9.99 across all stores. It's important to note that a fair bit of resource and money has gone into developing this so we hope you understand there's a need to cover some of our basic costs. All proceeds go back towards...
Effective immediately we are de-listing our current Mobile app from the Apple and Android stores. We are working on a spiffier version which is currently up for testing and distribution shortly. The current users of the app may continue using it however it will eventually stop working (within a week from now). To quench your app thirst our forums are 100% mobile friendly so don't be shy to browse on your cell phone in the wilderness.
The Cats out of the Bag! Spence (@SN-III) is Very Observent. He spotted My Sebring Orange ‘19 GS, this weekend, in the ‘used’ part of Northgate’s Dealership. I just Traded it in, Friday-21 Dec. Bored with the ‘16 Stingray. I ordered the GS. Then the ZR1 comes out. By the time I convinced the Missus, they were All Sold out (almost got Vancouver’s ZR1 S.Orange Convert.). Oh well. Loss more $$$ :)( pix-picking up the GS), but Saved BIG on an ‘end of the year’ price, and bought their (Northgate’s) ‘19 Sebring Orange Z06! 2lt. Carbon Fibre exposed, throughout. Regular Black seats/interior. Did I Do the Right Thing?? Come on Mid C8!!
As some Calgary detective aka @SN-III has speculated and reported and like Curtis I traded for a Z too...... actually sitting a few over from Curtis's Sebring. Our my19, Z06, CRM, 1ZL but most importantly to me M7. Actually eyed Curtis's car first...its so nice but having had a 2LT just could'nt justify the extra costs of some of the features I never used once including PDR, NAV and heated seats. Surprisingly the 1ZL includes HUD. As you know had mine on this site for awhile along with Kijiji with not much action. So in November talked to a few dealers for fun , specifically SPC and Wheaton regarding trading knowing they had lots of C7's. The values from them were horrible. Then decided to call Stingray...
Folks, Time is nigh to get cracking on our apparel lineup. I'm kicking this off with a poll to gauge interest on what type of items members might be interested in purchasing. Please note designs, colours and sizes are not final so the attached images are for illustration purposes only. Purpose is to figure out what lines to focus on first. The poll has unlimited voting so you can vote for more than one item. If you have suggestions please post them in this thread. We will have a choice of logos too including our current logo, previous logo as well as some verses of pure unadulterated witticism. Voting does not obligate you to buy anything but please be honest. Pricing is TBD. The bigger ticket items like jackets will be $150+...
Hey everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your summer so far. We have moved the "Corvette Technical" section into its own category now, and split it into two sections: Corvette Tech Guides and Corvette Tech Questions The Tech Guides section is for you to post and find guides on how to repair or diagnose specific problems. The Tech Questions section is for you to seek out help with something that hasn't yet been posted to the "Guides" section. What we would like is if you have to end up doing some work to your car yourself, that you can post a guide, preferably with pictures, so that other people can easily find information on the same subject. Thanks! :canada:
And now for the big disappointment. It's one of my new business ventures that we've kicked off in the last few months. I've added a link to our Vendors section (no need for a dedicated forum for this one). We're a small but extremely well equipped and experienced Shopify partner with capabilities to handle almost any Shopify related activities. If you've not heard of Shopify head on over to Shopify.ca - it's a Canadian company specializing in turn-key single platform ecommerce solutions including POS to run your business. Catering to small and large business and everything in between. We recently helped migrate Steve Madden to the platform so it's not all mom and pop shops. Our new website (still in development so apologies for the...

CCF Members, Very proud to announce that Murray @Black 03 Z06 has been strong-armed and mildly blackmailed into joining the ranks of our Moderating staff. Murray has been with CCF since the early days and is probably our most active member today. He has been and continues to be one of the most prolific and well regarded contributors to CCF. Staff will be helping train Murray on how to best abuse his new powers over the next little while at which point we will let him loose. So before he bans us all please give a very warm welcome to Moderator Murray. We are very honoured to have him onboard. CCF Staff
