A couple of the ads show used car mileage. I remember all used cars showing 0 mileage, because they rolled them back, until laws.
I recall issues with mileage being rolled back, but used cars with zero mileage would be a dead give away that it was turned back.. I don't recall the mileage being rolled back to Zero in Saskatchewan. That being said I did not buy my first car until 1965.. It was a 1947 Studebaker Commander that I got for $30.00.

Great reminder of days gone by.. A good wage in 1961 was probably around $ 2500.00 a year. Did you notice that on the used 61 Chev convertible they did not give a price but stated how much you would save.

No follow-up comments from XFIRE82 for a while now. I'm thinking it has been 2 weeks.
He usually responded within a day or two at the longest.
I'm wondering if he has left the group. (?)

His head and legs were chopped off by the forum bully in another thread re the c8.
I, for one, miss his posts / insight / knowledge etc.
