I recall issues with mileage being rolled back, but used cars with zero mileage would be a dead give away that it was turned back.. I don't recall the mileage being rolled back to Zero in Saskatchewan. That being said I did not buy my first car until 1965.. It was a 1947 Studebaker Commander that I got for $30.00.A couple of the ads show used car mileage. I remember all used cars showing 0 mileage, because they rolled them back, until laws.
