The Corvette Club made the scenic drive to Wayne today under clear blue skies. Ideal motoring weather, lunch and a beverage....priceless.
So ... the above is posted on the Facebook Page of Last Chance Saloon and you can see that "we" "non-clubbers" are being referred to as "a club".
As Alberta Corvette Cruisers are getting out there, we might rather prefer this written like ... as an example ...
"The Alberta Corvette Cruisers (CCF) made the scenic drive to Wayne today under clear blue skies. Ideal motoring weather, lunch and a beverage....priceless."
People reading this (and maybe other Corvette owners too), might just think, who the heck is this ... Corvette Cruisers bunch? Maybe look us up n CCF?
As I really don't want "the Club" and potential politics, I have to face reality that I am being seen as a part of "a Club" and would maybe prefer having people see, read and write about us differently ...
although I know some people see a gang, is a gang and a club, is a club. I see it more positively toward CCF ... thoughts?
So whether Alberta Corvette Cruisers (CCF) or Rocky Mountain Corvette Cruisers (CCF) or East Coast Corvette Cruisers (CCF)
or Cottage Country Corvette Cruisers (CCF) or Niagara Corvette Cruisers (CCF) ...
or maybe collectively as the Canadian Corvette Cruisers (CCF) ...
I think you see the that we would hopefully not be divided ...
as I am grabbing on to the aspects of a "non-club" we are probably going to be seen as a "collective group"
but with "bene-vettes" and not the "politics" (hopefully).
