They have to be as "safe" or even safer than a scooter, thats for sure.
Nice and compact for those leisurely drives to the post office.

There’s a brochure PDF in the initial message above ... this is a no-frills ride. It doesn’t even have door windows.
That’s a cold winters ride for sure
