Other than the support I have for the above comments, one point no one mentioned is Trudeau through his actions, (buying the TMX pipeline) among others is a Communist, check out the Documentary "Cuba Libre" on Netflix there are many similarities to Castro's (gestures and history) both uneducated for starters.

Cuba Libre

2 ouncesAged Rum
3 ouncesCola - Prefer Coke myself
2Lime Wedges - I forgo these as it doesn't let you taste the rum
addIce (for serving, try clear ice!)

One of the major problems with the Quebec situation is there are 8 million people in Quebec (they never signed the Constitution and Canada has to support them through equalization payments - get this even NFL!
Would rank this (TRANMNT Purchase) as more socialistic than communistic. Besides, if nothing else, it does support the oil industry in AB/SK. I don't mind them spending my tax $ to support the oil industry in AB/SK. Too many rinky dinks trying to drag everything in to court and jam up progress. Also. you have to remember he is following in his father's footsteps as PT set up PetroCanada way back when.
One of the reasons I don't like O.T is because he is kowtowing to Quebec nationalistic narrative.
I have always said Legeault is a closet separatist and he pretty well declared as much just recently saying he was a "nationalist". As far as I am concerned that means separatist in diplomatic BS.
And now Legeault is coming out supporting O'T. Smells bad to me. Is he trying to put O'T in his back pocket if QC swings to the conservatives?. O'T said the only difference between him and the BQ's Blanchette's policies was that he, O'T, could be prime minister.
As I said before. I don't like any of them. They will all say anything and everything to get elected. and then try to backpedal. IMHO

Politics has always been somewhat of a dirty game. Recently it has become filthy. Lies, manipulation, cheating, corruption and the list goes on. I think there are too many politicians with personal agendas and not enough that look out for the people they are supposed to represent. It seems they have forgotten who pays them and who they work for. The tide is shifting so that "we" the people are working for the politicians to support their agendas. Sad and shameful.

I`m only going to vote for the party who responds positive to my post about helping out climate change with a C8 and Lexus Hybrid.
And remember, a poor man`s vote equals a rich man`s vote. There are many more poor guys/girls( who vote) than rich ones who talk and don`t vote.

Guess you'll be voting NDP then. LOL
Was it SN that put up the NDP commercial showing a C8 and claiming it was JT's type of people when we could clearly notice the orange colour. LOL

Sorry but I must comment on this deviation from topic...lol...
Firearms limitations have been in place for decades Richard. You cannot buy an automatic rifle whether it has a 50 round mag or not. Semi-autos and repeaters have been limited to maximum 5 round mags for decades as well with extremely stiff penalties if you are even caught in possession of a larger one. The military styles, although maybe intimidating looking are subject to the exact same restrictions and are capable of nothing that an innocent looking hunting rifle can't do. Gun safes for storage have also been required by law for many years now.
I was raised with a gun in my hand since age 12, hunting rabbits with my dad and continue to hunt many species of game to this day. I don't really care if I harvest an animal every year as long as I can maintain very tasty meat in my freezer. I hunt for the fresh air and exercise, and the opportunity to get out of the city and back to nature. The harvest is a bonus. It is the criminals and psychopaths' that smuggle the machine guns and howitzers into the country, and either use them to vent their misplaced anger, or sell them to other criminals for profit, much like they sell that stolen TV and laptop from their last break-in.
Guns don't kill people, much like knives, baseball bats and cars don't kill people. People kill people. The Liberals, at the pleading of Ont. and Que. leftist lobby groups, would like nothing more than to outlaw all guns outside of law enforcement personnel hands and that scares me. He is chipping away at that with his banned firearms bill and if he remains in power will without any doubt add to the list until it is finalized. Once all guns are criminalized,, only criminals will have guns and we already know that the criminal element multiplies without much in the way of limitation, adequate enforcement or sufficient penalty. JMO

I couldn't agree with this any more! The guns that JT and Bill the liar Blair are banning are NO different than the ones he's NOT banning!! He has bamboozled the general ill informed public about guns to believe this is necessary. Spending hundreds of millions of our tax dollars to confiscate legally owned guns from law abiding people and pay them pennies on the dollar for them will do absolutely NOTHING to reduce gun violence. Heavy sentencing for the possession of restricted firearms without a licence is a good start. People who think we can eliminate guns from our society by banning them are dreaming.

To quote Catherine McKenna (Lib) "If you say it loud enough and often enough people will believe it"

Remember! Laws affect only those who choose to obey them!

It is not just important to get your vote in even if at an advance poll. I find it also important with how to vote. Dang not one Tesla or Prius in the lot to park beside. 😂

I have a really great friend to thank for this early voting enjoyment today

It doesn’t and won’t matter. Every party for the last 6 weeks has been making financial committments we cannot afford, woke policies we cannot understand, and promises that we will never see completed.

We have come to the place in Canada where we are now voting for the politician or party who will do the least harm, not provide the best governance. Our fault. Why is the current PM, with three ethics violations, multiple blackface admissions, and several questionable sexual harassment claims, even on the ballot?

Again our fault.

Canada has ceased to be a viable country. Soon we will wake up and realize that fact. Then the really scary stuff will start.

100% agree. Heading down a path of lies, empty promises, corruption and a government that doesn't care about the people it's supposed to represent. Voting for the party that will do the least amount of damage.

It will truly be sad if, once the votes are counted, we can not say that the vote was legal and democratic.
I don't like any of them because they will ALL say just about anything to get a vote or two and then backpedal and side step any or all of it. However, it is the system we had in place here.
Lets not go down the path of doubting our election process though. We see that all the time in third world countries, banana republics (too cold here) and the occasional first world countries.
