Current BG production estimate

On an American dealer website there is a vin of 26127. That would make it's build day Wed. Sept 8th. So IF BG can get back to full speed and stay there then, yes, we could see 22's arrive in Canada mid September. Assuming at least one Canadian 22 will be built day 1 or 2.
That is really great info. Keep finger cross. We may see C8 2022 arrive before snow flies then. Thank you!

Computer problems at Bowling Green still. These numbers might be wrong, but the hurricane might also have affected the plant
24949 > 25083 = 135

Ok, I'm confused, is that list starting at Dec 14, 2019 to Sept 6, 2020? If so, is there data available for after Sept 6?

The list starts December 14, being the first day of 2021 production. The list contains accurate production numbers for each day of C8 production, up to Monday (August 30) since the daily number for C8 production is known by the next day or the day after. The numbers in Murray's chart that go beyond Monday, being 184/day are estimates based upon past history. As you can see from the lower number of C8's made on Monday (only 135) the numbers can drop down if something weird happens, like a hurricane (Murray speculates that's the reason) or a parts-supply problem. The list ends with the week of September 6 (Monday that week is a holiday, so "zero" will likely be made that day) so the list goes up to September 10 but again the numbers contained in the list from August 31 to September 10 are just daily estimates. If 2021 C8 production continues beyond September 10, Murray will expand the list to include the next dates. Hope this helps.

Ah, ok, got it. Thanks.

The final 2021 numbers have been released.
26126 is the final 2021 vin. So 2022 production could start Thursday the 9th of September (See below)

25598 > 25783 = 186

Wow, that's awesome. Thanks Murray. Onwards and upwards. Can't wait to see the 2022 vins start ticking away.

Thanks Murray. Interesting that there's a slight majority (52%) of 3LT 2021's that are convertibles. And overall, it's surprising how many convertibles were built. For 2021, convertibles made up 42% of the entire production compared to only 18% built in 2020. And in prior years, convertibles were by far the minority of orders. Convertibles were made late in the 2020 production year which may help to explain its low numbers for 2020, but with these 2021 stats, the new retractible top for the C8 convertible has obviously struck a chord with buyers.
