That's insane!!!! I know the strike has lots to do with this crazyness, and that those things can not be controlled...but ya I guess they can if good negotiations are in place blah blah blah....hey we don't run the company
It would just be so much a better feeling as a customer if we were updated and kept in any kind of loop. As the great salespeople from GM that are on here have said they don't even know till the last minute and that is unfair to them as well to explain this to their customers. It as a first time buyer of a high end car after dealing with other car companies (myself Infinity and Volvo) puts a bad taste in your mouth currently as opposed to how I have been treated as a customer in the past. JMO
