No obligation to keep the car for any period of time... no obligation to sell at MSRP... It is their car to sell any way they want. There have been many ads on Kijiji, including for the C7 ZR1 where dealers do not have any in stock. Clickbait at it's finest.... "Sorry. We just sold the last one but we can put you into a new Spark at a great price, or you can put a deposit down and we will get you one.... someday".... Yes. Unscrupulous but not uncommon and not illegal.
