More to come ...wiring , plumbing and some some custom parts

LOL, a 'BFH' works every time.:D -- and that quicktime spacer sure helped button things up a little tighter too.;)
Coming along nicely --

I didn't realize you'd be in the garage yesterday -- or I would have dropped in.

Cheers, hope Christmas went well for everyone.

Not only did you knock it in, you knocked it right out of the park!!!! Great progress!!! Keep the pics flowing, it feels like were all there with you.
Rob

Guys and gals , thanks so much for following along with this build .

It is for sure a change of pace for Rob and I .

We are having a great time with the build and the excitement is building of turning over the LS3 for the first time .

Today I will be ordering up the custom drive shaft . Aluminum or Carbon fiber or a combination of both, not sure yet how we will proceed .

ECM and wiring harness are here next week .

We will be building the brake lines and seting up the line loc , to finish off the brakes next week . Still need to figure out some custom ebrake cables .

Oil reloate lines as well as power steering lines still need to be made up .

A canton aluminum overflow coolant tank is also being made up , as the compressor for the AC sits right ontop of the factory plastic tank . So we are relocating the tank , and making up a new ECM bracket . The factory one was bolted on top of the coolant tank  not sure what GM was thinking here .

So we have a few weeks of work ahead before we fire it up and then build the custom exhaust .

Stay tuned :D

Sounds good Manny. Don't lose that BFH -- just in case.:D

It's been a pleasure for all following along and I for one would like to be there when you and Rob light the fuse.

Cheers,
Colin

Great build Manny! Looks like it is coming together and I look forward to seeing the final product. Awesome!

I saw it today -- lookin' good after cramming the LS under the hood. Needs some plumbing and wiring tho but I'm sure Manny and Rob are up to it.

Hey Marco. a gsunds neues to you, your family and friends. I hope 2012 is a prosperous year for you.

Yes there is a noise limit but with so many Harley riders with noisy bikes the authorities pretty much ignore most excessive noise.
Our cars with aftermarket exhausts are quite 'tame' by comparison so no worries.

Cheers,
Colin

Good evening all , just a small up-date :D

Lots of little things were done today , but no pictures :(

Next week I will have a bunch to post up .

We are currently doing all the brake lines and small items that take time :D

See you all next week :canada:
