We can do a 5 point harness .

You will require a hard-bar for behind the seat a cheater switch for the seat sensors .

I will put together a price for you later today .

What of a hole through the seat for the anti sub belt? I was going to look at having a slot/hole placed through - which is the requirement for racing ie. it's against safety regulations to go around the front of the seat. Have you guys done this?

No we just use a race seat if its for needed for regulations .
