Not where I live...
What? Pioneer? Maybe they've changed. I see they are owned by Parkland fuels now. Same as my home heating oil
Found this.
According to Dan McTeague, a noted petroleum analyst, Shell and Esso 91 are both ethanol free. ... In other words, higher-octane blends — Petro Canada's 94 and Esso's 93 — use more ethanol, not less.Oct 11, 2019

I found that already, but I don't see ethanol ratings. Is it there somewhere?
The fueling pumps always say "May contain up to 10% ethanol"
Canada mandates that their total sales has to have 10% ethanol. SO they usually have it in their highest volume gasolines. 87. So 89 and 91 usually don't have it.

91 highest they offer...
OK, they did offer 94 I used to go out of my way to get it. It was also cheap gas. Now I use C.T. because you get points. 2% or something. Turns out to b e just as cheap and likely better fuel.

Based on what...
Can you use more than three words in your sentences? lol

Because they used to have much fewer additives which is why it was cheap.
