This is really strange. It's the same with GCrone. Perhaps BG has changed the way they do things, but once built it usually changes to either 4B00 or 4000. It can sit at 4B00 for months, but 4000 it has to be moved in 10 days from BG.
None, the carbon flash high spoiler was constricted at the time so my dealer put down body color high wing. Outside of that I can't think of anything major... stealth option on the badge, the exhaust, the interior, MRC, nose lift... that's about it. Everything else is fairly normal, 2LT Conv with GT2 seats.
Your guess is as good as mine. I'm surprised it's sitting at 3800 so long. Doesn't make any sense to me.
Looked at the American Corvette forums and noticed a LOT of people being stuck at 3800 back in August/September for 2ish weeks, one person waited 31 days. Seems like a part issue but scrolling through the thread, no one could pin point any one particular item.
My car is now status 4200 on the truck moving north

Mine is built and I have gotten the VIN. Now to wait for the long ship time that it takes to come out west.

Today dealers found out constraints for Oct allocations. Non-z51 cars are on constraint.
