it sound to me like you got lucky and skipped the painful part of many many months on the waitlist.

everything changed "mid Aug" with the $12,000 price increase so some lists are moving fast, some lists have people passing on available allocations until March to take delivery the spring, and 7-8% interest rates have played their role also.

I called the dealer on the 28th of August 2023 , so I was put on the list that day.

maybe smaller dealer and not as many orders as others. I called two other dealers with new 2023's on their websites that were sold and I was told 3 year wait for new.

Larry Hudson has the second highest allocations in SW Ontario west of Kitchener Waterloo after Brian Finch. I called there a couple of times and was told the wait was 2-3 years. Deereman are you from the Listowel area and did you order a non-Z51 car? Obviously you caught it when they had an open allocation for some reason.

Local to Listowel, non Z51 car and I have purchased other corvettes from Hudsons. Very good place to deal.
