Thanks Riley, big day today with no wind. Entire roof completed today, just need to build overhangs and facia and complete upper sheeting. Some bad weather coming tomorrrow.

Super tired and ready for bed. lol Right after the Leaf game!

Laurie's been great Don. Some days butter tarts some days cookies, some days cupcakes, generally still warm from the oven. She deliver's to the site with Timmies coffee and tea. Friggen awsum is all I can say about that.

Shop is all framed and roof steel ready to go. Need a calm day for that as the steel sheets are 23' long.

Sheathing done, extended my trusses a bit and finished up the fascia. Steel is all on except for the ridge cap. More bad weather coming this week.

Thanks guy's, two post lift first and if I need it I will do a 4 post later. I made 24''x24'' pads of concrete under the floor where the two post will go. They are 20'' deep including the floor. The four post if needed will just lag fine to the 5'' floor with 3200 mpa concrete.

There is just too much BS now with permits for drains and bathrooms etc in a workshop. Ontario is the leader in BS!

What a friggen day putting Tyvek on in the wind and mud! Holy crap I got pissed a few times but I got her done. Some windows going in tomorrow and hopefully the man door if it arrives.

The brand new staple gun that gave up the ghost after only one side of the shop did not help the situation. Tomorrow.... it gets returned or it gets the sledge hammer treatment.

Finished up all the soffit and fascia all the way around the building, built some 1x4 frames around windows and capped them as well. Should get going on wall steel Monday morning if not too windy.

Haven't posted photos for a bit so here are a few more. Started siding today and also got my heavy duty man door installed. Lots of small little things done as well but still a long ways to go.

Siding is charcoal, roof is black, trim all white, overhead door will be white, man door black and also adding some raised panel shutter's in black. Probably a half round custom awning over the man door in a checkered flag print on exterior vinyl.
