Cannot find how to adjust the radio, so that when less noise , slow down etc. the volume goes down by itself.

You are not doing this right. Set the volume to 11. Leave it there. Live your best life. Unless you are listening to Celine Dion, then close the windows and do a solid dark tint on your windows...
Yes. Bose Audio pilot. ON. It also really enhances the sound .
I always remember the fellow I knew who had a Ferrari 365 v12. He went to his mechanic and asked him to upgrade the stereo. The mechanic refused because "The music is in the engine" .
Same here, when I had my M6 I seldom turned the radio on, as I preferred to hear that V10 exhaust note
I love listening to music , when I do most things , like driving , painting, lawn work, etc. but in the Vette I keep the sound low enough to hear my Z mode.
