Great news

I haven't taken my cars out in winter for 12 years now.
So what. This is a flatbed. It won't even get any slush on it. Plus you'll be able to wash it yourself and give it a little love

I brought mine home at almost same time last year make sure who ever you use has transported sports cars and knows what they are doing, Not everyone has experience moving these cars this guy had ramps so the front ground effects didn't hit flat deck.

Thanks, I do know someone.

Hey @wlgj congrats from a fellow Quebecer. Ironically I see you are in Marieville, my son's girlfriend is from there, actually drive my son there every other week. Would be great to see your ride in person, whether it be at home or at the dealer. Let me know how we could work that out. I literally sat in a C8 once in Atlantic City, the guy was nice enough to open up one outside for me to sit inside, lasted 20-30 seconds at most.

Love the color combo, do tell us more about the build (don't recall if you posted that somewhere).

I am still on the wait list, but expecting a call sometime around March, so excitement is building for me too. Would love to connect with some of the Quebec guys once we all have our rides (and for sure my Ontario peeps for a summer drive down) !!

I will let you know , when I go pick it up , or have it delivered and see it at my home or maybe when I go pay for it. My C8 is a HTC , 2LT, Z51. As for options, the Z51 package, color blue is extra, battery protection, red calipers, carbon flash parts, color override /red interior. I abandoned the black mags and stripe. What makes me mad, is, I had to pay the increase in price because I modified my order but I had to because of GM or they would skip over me. I am glad , though I took the Z51 package.

Your frustration will completely disappear, once you start driving your C8. And when you see the future inevitable price increases, you'll not worry about what you paid for your 2023. Enjoy!

I had to make the same decision with the Z51 a few weeks ago when I finally got my allocation call from my dealer. It sucked loosing the price protection but feel comfortable for paying more knowing that it is for extra features and not just a price increase. I hope to get our car by spring so we can enjoy it. Love the combo. We too have went outside the box on our colour combo. Can't wait to see your pictures of the actual car!
