Dr . Jer is in the house

How about a few more :

I'll worry about that when it's necessary... probably ship it home though...

Last 2 times I had my car worked on it took each of them over a year and a half for 'a couple weeks' job... and came home broken anyways...

'Tis why I drove out to Ontario!

Owned it for 5 years, drove it for maybe 4 months of that time and spent $$$,$$$.

I'm obviously excited to get it done right finally.

I'll throw in my two cents..............

If you have the time, Airmiles or a good Westjet flight, go down for a test drive. As much as I liked the new car overall, a huge part of the experience was excaping the northern Alberta winter in late April and spending a few days, meeting Manny and his staff, other CCF members and checking out the area. Great memories of a super experience, I can't recommend it enough.

Plus great to do some break in drives while you're there in-country case you have questions or anything unusual turns up you need help with.

Cheers,

Garry

Oh so close here :D

Soon we fire up the beast :canada:

Hard to explain the feelings... giddy/nervous/anxious but with a huge smile :D

I wondered if you would upright the rad. Isn't stock arrangement vertical?

Yes , the rad is now in it's stock position.

We also had to change out the ECM , as the old one was corrupted and could not be tuned .

First test fire went well , after we primed the oiling system , just waiting on Arun to come and setup the injector parameters and the scaling in for the LS7 MAF card . Them install the Pfadt Package , then onto the dyno :canada:

Paging Dr Jer , Paging Dr Jer

Its ALIVE :canada:

It's another day closer to the finished product! If these PFADT guys would deliver some suspension Manny et al. could get my PITA off the hoist and to the dyno :D

It's interesting to imagine track days where I'm not (or at least less) worried about the equipment and can just DRIVE!!

I'm looking forward to the end of over heating, boiling brake fluid, losing transmissions, sputtering, loss of power, destroying belts, equipment embarrassment, distractions, frustration, etc.

Very excited :D ... for April/May... oh damn, that's still a long ways away...

So end of April? Is that the dry pavement expectations for southern Ontario?

If history is any indication, we should get some good weather in April -- the odd day for sure.

With any luck at all we may get some decent weather in March -- who knows.......This year tho isn't the norm so anything is possible.

You coming for your car this spring?

C.
