NASCAR wants them all bunched up to keep the race exciting. That's when it gets dangerous. They get spread out a little and you just know a caution is going to come out. When's the last time you ever saw anyone lead by half a lap?

My dog and I will be watching the race alone .I have a marinated steak and boiled dinner and the dog has her snacks all set .She is a Ryan Newman fan as he is an animal advocate .

my josie girl and i are all set too !!! doors will locked and phone off the hook 5 min before green !!! josie seems to be a fan of whatever daddy enjoys.
Josie looks like a great dog ,saw a photo somewhere and she has a nice smile .

anybody else hate the fact that we are forced by the gov't to watch that lousy t.s.n. ? i put the fox channel on because i want to watch the american network. but nooooo t.s.n. is bleeped in with all their crap !!! i want to see the american commercials which are very funny and entertaining, what do i get ? the same canadian cheapo marketing garbage over and over and over. those stunned subway cartoon monkey's, toyota, and canadian tire. that annoying toyota " ooh baby baby " thing is maddening. i counted that ad FORTY SIX TIMES during one race last year. mid season when the coverage changes to a network that we don't recieve, t.s.n. pre-empts the august watkins glen race for some other crap and plays a tape of the race at midnight !!!!! aaarrrggghhh :swear:

I watch for the racing, not the commercials. Coverage is the same, so I am fully supportive. Thanks for Canadian Retailers who pay for us to see the the race. I agree, some get monotonous, but it is a small price to pay.
I record on my pvr and then after about 90 minutes have gone by I start watching, zap all the commercials and catch up with real time just as it's about to end.

what gripes me about this is i select the fox channel but am forced by the c.r.t.c. to watch t.s.n. my choice has been taken away from me by the gov't.
I'm getting Cdn commercials on TSN and US on Fox Detroit and Fox Seattle

yup, once again our gov't knows what's best for us. evidently our canadian culture is so fragile that we are too stupid to realize it. :swear:
It happened to the US and most didn't even know what hit 'em and the rest didn't care .
Danica did better than I had hoped ,Tony did worse ,Jr. did good .
