"Conditions not correct for shift"

Hi guys, wanted to give an update and recap on this thread for others that might experience similar (hopefully not).

April 2 - Traded in '21 Coupe with 5700KM for brand new '22 HTC
April 5 - got "Conditions not correct for shift" and "Idle creep temporarily disabled" warnings within less than 50KM; lost Reverse and all Even gears
April 8 - Dealer did DCT flush and resolved it
April 9 - Happened again
April 11 - Chevy authorized new DCT from manufacturer
April 28 - new replacement DCT arrives
May 6 - got the car back

Since then, 1500KM on the new DCT without issues (fingers crossed)
So I lost the car for about 5 weeks (not a big deal)
Just not crazy about the fact that the whole back end had to be taken off and put back together again on a brand new car

Dealer sent me this pic when it was on the hoist. Entitled "open heart surgery". I told him I got light headed, and not to send me another pic.
The car is Torch Red although there isn't a stitch of red in the photo. Judging by fingerprints, it looks like they took it completely apart, all the way back including the HTC. Hopefully it stays together.
