I had time to order my 1/24 diecast and do a little painting.

i have the same tiles from Costco, but bought them in the states because they were cheaper and was going there anyways. Plus the ones in the states cam with the entrance ramp and the ones in Canada didn't. They work great. The floors don't get cold like cement.

A lot of fastidiously clean and organized garages there guys.... Mine doesn't come close to meeting that criteria but your pictures are giving me the hint that some organizational effort may be in the works sooner rather than later.... lol..... Whatdya think......?

Ah....but yours has “character”.

Wow, you're two weeks behind me, weather wise! I think it will be mid May though before I get my Corvette out....the city has been cleaning the streets for the past couple of weeks now but there are lots of pot holes that need repair first!

Where's your Chinook winds that bring warm air from the western mountain range?

@Cariboocreek, south of me has been intercepting the Chinooks this year... Damn him.... :Banghead:

The floor tiles I bought are an open design and I am pleased with how they fit. Mine didn't come with a leading edge strip, so I made an outside border by cutting the tiles in half using the table saw, then set the blade at 45 and removed 1/2 of the top edge to maintain the strength of the tile, but gives it a rolled edge. This makes it easier if I want to roll my tool cabinet onto the tile, as the cabinet is heavy and the wheels are hard.
If we didn't live in a place that has sloppy roads 7 months of the year, the whole garage could be done.

Yep. My palm trees are blooming today....current temperature at the house is 268.15 degrees.....kelvin
266.15K here... I'm well above the freezing point of bourbon so will survive but could sure use a few degrees if you'd be so kind to share... :angelic:

Corvette Owners School - Spring Mountain. Perhaps you took advantage with your previous purchase. If not, perhaps you will with this one. You will need to book quick once this lockdown stops though. Perhaps phone and book during next Winter. It’s a chance and thrill of a lifetime .... but you already hear us all saying that. Just not sure if you were one.

I did the Ron Fellows Racing School and it was a blast. They are very restricted with the time slots as the school is offering C8's now.
Plus my GS is used (452kms)

Oh ... you know the COS certificate that you can hang then ... 👍🏻

Pretty much finished the garage... haven't been here for awhile but hopped in to make a suggestion to another. Fully heated with lots of cement and a 40x30 asphalt pad out front. Upstairs affords me a ton of storage I don't have in the house. Finally getting a bit of time to rest this year with the garage in place... Was alot overwhelming just having two rear tents for a year.
