My winter project. Went to see this last month for a friend. Been sitting 10 yrs. There is a Corvette behind all the stuff under several car covers. Used my SSR to drag it out once the STUFF was cleared away.

Wow great find. Congratulations.

What are your plans for it? More pictures would be great!

Yes, this was a frame off in the early 90's. Lacquer paint huge bonus. Done right and fairly accurately considering parties involved were NOT ncrs natzi's like me. Tires are Bias correct Cokers and will come back nicely. Always had 45lbs since parked with 2,000 miles on them and rest of the car. Fuel system is getting o'haul from rust and sludge buildup. I've done many not as nice and hope to Top Flight this car next year after Covid passes.

I really like your SSR! I traded mine on my C7. Wish now I had kept the SSR. If I could track it down I would get in back in a heartbeat.
Do a Vin Search. It took me 6 months to find it. Sold my 05 Black R 2019 after 3 yrs with only 35,000km. A real Stunner. This time I wanted something special. Had to be Automatic for the Mrs. This is an FPR - Z-49 and 1 of 4 Blurs sent to Canda out of 189 made. This is THE LAST BLUR. Full load and 30,000 kms. She loves it.

Wow, that is a beauty! Always loved the grills on those 58-60. Based on the matching body paint on the rims, I guess that's a 1960.
Good catch on rim color same as body. My 58 has silver as all should be and 59's are all black. Took gas tank out for an acid bath next some serious detailing.

What a find. Thats like winning the lottery. No matter what it costs it deserves to be restored and on the road again like it was meant to be.

That is fantastic! I'll echo other's here that that is one gorgeous Corvette! I really enjoy following along. Very nice.
Well, glad some of you C-1 fans like this stuff. My goal is to try and make this car as nice as my 58. I got a ways to go but no hurry in Covid times. Got some nice reasonable $$ parts to get rid of on the Parts for sale section and am looking for some items someone may have??

Gas tank in. New sender seems to work . Just 2 needleswidth off empty with 5 gallons of V-power in. A small fuel line leak without overtighening and it runs like a swiss watch. Next is operations check and back to detailing.
