App not working for remote start or unlock

Is anyone having issues with using the app to remote start or unlock their car? I’ve tried signing out/deleting the app and still can’t get it to work.

It shows my fuel level and other info just not working for the remote buttons.

Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Maybe even reboot your phone, if that doesn't help, I would contact Onstar.

MyChevrolet app? Mine shows old mileage and fuel data, but does the rest.
Is it "synced" with the MyChevrolet app, in the DIC, in the car?
Is your phone also a "trusted device"? Another DIC setting/function.
I believe both are required for the "Controls" functions to work.
I think no OnStar running is why my specific data specs are wrong. I haven't got them involved yet.
