There were a number of factors last night that hurt the Oilers. Stupid penalties for sure was one of them but officiating tended to be a bit one sided. The overtime goal was an obvious high stick which shouldn't have counted. Video shows it clearly but Ref's reviewed and allowed it. Oh well. Spilt milk. We will see what happens tomorrow.
Toronto has the same issues as the Oilers. All offense and no defense or goal tending. And lets be honest D wins championships, and paying a player like Darnell Nurse $9.5 Million a year may cripple the Oilers for the foreseeable future unfortunately.
