Anyone Else Fascinated By Old Locomotives?

Had a good run with Ol Yeller today; A couple of pictures of the static displays. The first one is in St. John's, Then Avondale followed by Whitbourne

With some Columbo like research skills,I’ve determined the pic was taken west of the 11st crossing. In these pics you can see the tower with the 3 lights and a greyish shack to the right of the train. Here’s that’s same light structure and little shack. You can also see the structure that spans over the track in both the first and last pic.

Sad knowing the signs on those towers have changed ...
 
Pretty cool those speeders. 100% certainty Earnhardt would have done a bump and run and gone from last to at least third. :Biggrin:
