You can buy expensive air/oil separators or, if you are a do it yourself type of guy, you can make this. How to make a PCV air/oil separator.

That is a fancy double barbed fitting! Is this just another form of a catch can? I would like to see where the drain goes if it drains back into the block or not.
They very likely just install a radiator drain petcock in the bottom. You can get commercial separators for your air compressor to separate oil and water from the air and are a lot less expensive than the $110 Corvette stuff on the internet. It just depends o how fancy you want to get. These definitely are not glitzy to look at. I have an industrial ARO oil/air separator that would look like it meant business under the hood.
