Arefin, next Corvette allocations are expected the week of Jan 11th.
Arefin: Check to see if you are #68 now, or does that number include those who have already been allocated and sent accepted by GM.

What date did you place your deposit? I am 69 and placed it on Dec 5th. The have received 19 allocations, so I am 50 now.
Your position on the list changes as allocations are submitted. The list consists of those orders that have not been allocated. Mine has been allocated so I am no longer on "the list". With each batch of allocations the list gets reduced, so your position/number on the list drops.
When you go on their list they give you 2 numbers. The higher number is where you are based on total deposits taken. The lower number is where you stand after the allocations that they have received already are deducted from the total. I was 69 overall on Dec 5th when I gave my deposit and 62 after removing their first 7 allocations. They got 12 more allocations since then, so I should be 50 now.

Changes almost every day! I think a 1LT coupe, red, black guts, body coloured side blades, red calipers, engine appearance pkg...somewhat of a stripper. How about you?
Was going with 1LT coupe and then decided I need cameras and sensors so my wife doesnt smash it. All of my previous cars were black. Always disliked red but damn....red is really nice on the C8 and black, not so much. Looks like HTC as it changes the look drastically. Invoice getting fatter every day. Will I be able to handle the "wanna be Ferrari" comments if I go red?
Shortnfat, it won't happen. Have you considered the Red Mist if your on the fence about Torch Red?

What won't happen? Red mist isnt doing it for me. Wish they offered night race blue. Cant believe it wasnt a big favourite in'15.
People who see the Torch Red colour will not compare you to the Ferrari. They just say, I love your car!!

I’d like the cameras too, but I don’t want the other stuff that comes with the 2 LT. I only like red on certain cars and the C8 is one of them.
