    Winter Storage in Halton

Hi guys, I’m looking for a local residential parking spot to store my C8 for the winter (Nov 1 – April 1). Parking spot would have to be secured, limited foot traffic, and electrical outlet nearby for a trickle charger. In prior winters, I stored it in the garage of an Oakville townhouse where...

Hi guys, I'm looking to buy Paragon Spacers and ACS Front Splitter for my C8. Are there local resellers (Oakville ON area) or do I buy them online? TIA

    Winter storage options in Halton?

Thanks for the responses guys. I'm not mechanically inclined, especially when it comes to accessing the battery on a C8. I'd rather not take my frunk apart. @59 wish I will call Reds, thanks! @JohnP I thought of doing the same thing. How long do you plug the maintainer in it before it drains...

    Winter storage options in Halton?

Hi guys, I know I'm late to the party, but my initial storage plans fell through. I'm a C8 owner in Halton looking for winter storage in a garage, preferably with hydro for a trickle charger. Anyone have any recommendations in Halton area? I have some options without hydro, but with all the...

Seeking advice: hood damage from highway debris

Hi guys, looking for advice. While driving home on the QEW, some debris from on-coming traffic flew my way and hit my front hood. Pics of damage below. I'm sure PPF helped, but gash is still about 3mm deep :( A bit of a stretch, but wondering if there is a claim here under XPEL PPF warranty...

    3LT over the 2LT

Don't discount the other differences in 3LT vs 2LT. I drove a 3LT Coupe for 5700KM and then went to 2LT HTC. Noticeable difference in leather quality and alcantara.

    "Conditions not correct for shift"

Dealer sent me this pic when it was on the hoist. Entitled "open heart surgery". I told him I got light headed, and not to send me another pic. The car is Torch Red although there isn't a stitch of red in the photo. Judging by fingerprints, it looks like they took it completely apart, all the...

    Idle creep mode

Oh boy :(. That recently happened to me. Less than 50Km in and under a week of ownership. Dealer tried DCT flush. Worked for 2 days then issue came back. Chevy immediately authorized new DCT. Took ~4 weeks to deliver and ~2 weeks to install. Fingers crossed, I now have 1500KM on new DCT, and no...

    "Conditions not correct for shift"

Budd's did the DCT flush 3x as prescribed on Friday. Took it home, drove well. Started her up the next day, same issues reappeared on start up. Took it back in this morning. Chevrolet has authorized a new transmission, but it is on min 30 day back order :(

Applewood couldn’t see the car til next week but Budd’s is looking at it now. On my way here, it was skipping 2, 4 and 6 gears :(
