Top of the Evening CCF Chaps and Chappettes, Just a quick announcement that I've rolled out limited Video Upload support to our Beta Group (@Beta ). If you're in the Beta group you should now be able to directly upload videos in posts, comments, albums as well as showcase items. We support the following formats: m4v, mov, mp4, mp4v, mpeg, mpg, ogv, webm. Videos over 20Mbytes will be rejected as we assess the load on our servers. So make sure files are under that size. We expect to lift this restriction when we roll this out to everyone. Hi CCF Members, Wanted to reach out to you to check if any are interested in becoming more regular content contributors to our CCF and other web properties. We are in particular looking at more frequent and serious content curators that can work independently and are able to research and pen down Corvette related articles. Ideally these would be homegrown original stories or well researched and verified reporting. We're working on a number of Corvette related blogging, news and event based projects and would love your help. PM me for more details.

Folks, Time is nigh to get cracking on our apparel lineup. I'm kicking this off with a poll to gauge interest on what type of items members might be interested in purchasing. We experienced some intermittent email delivery issues yesterday with our Amazon based email relay service. I think the internet is getting a little stressed out or amazon is prioritizing purell shipments. As a result you may not have received some CCF emails during the day such as notifications, PMs etc. Things are looking like they're back to normal today. No action is needed, just check your PMs in case you missed something.

Happy to roll out a few new and super fancy features for our CCF members. First one is a brand new Live Stats dashboard that will be located on our homepage: This will offer a near real-time view of ALL activity on CCF, you don't need to refresh at all. All members, posts, likes, activity will be updated here in real time. By default it includes all forums except for Internet News but you can customize it by hitting the gear icon and selecting forums you don't want included. 2. Our What's New auto-refresh feature now includes the All Activity page and has been refactored a little. If you had disabled it previously you will need to do so again this one time. Hoping to launch number 1 today.

No it's not yet another new Olympic sport. :oops: We are adding the ability for members to tag a collection of people using the mentions @ shortcut. The new groups being rolled out will allow you to tag a group of vendors (or other special interest groups in future) rather than mentioning them individually. We will be rolling out groups for our dealer network, detailers, performance parts and accessories and any other group of people that we feel can be taggable. If you want to bring something to the attention of ALL Dealers on CCF you only need to add this to your post and they will all get a notification. It's just to make life a little easier for you all.
