I actually just :cold1:read that very same discription , but the thing is Im for whatever reason more of a cat person . Not to say there aren't some dogs that i very much like . One issue living here is having to take a dog out to the " outhouse " three or four times a day at -44 + wind chill . Mind you it was only -35 this morning .

We digress (as usual LOL) but if you die in the house alone, your dog will die of starvation beside you.
if you die in the house alone, your cat will eat you.

Actually your dogs will eat you too. Just ask Gene. 9 days and the dog that was locked in the kennel was dead. The other two were fine.

There have been two documented cases of cats eating their deceased owner that I could find . One , a woman in NEW York who died a few weeks before she was found . She had 20 cats . The other was in Russia but I would tend to forgive those cats lol . Survival instinct . Im sure you have heard of the Donner Party ? also came across this ..... Second, before you go and hug your dog now that you’ve realized that your cat could eat you if you die – not so fast!! A Google Scholar search for “postmortem injuries pets” led to a deep dive into the world of forensic sciences where indoor pets do occasionally eat their deceased human. This deep dive revealed that perhaps your dog has evolved to love you, but he won’t think twice about eating your body after you die and he’s trapped with your body – EVEN IF HE’S NOT HUNGRY!! Dogs have been found shortly after a human’s death, with a full bowl of food and a stomach full of human flesh. Side note: there was even a golden hamster who indulged in some postmortem tasting of his respective human. Macabre to say the least . There , settled once and for all .

Waverly NS actually. I knew Myles and the Henman brothers when I was younger and lived there, and their sister Patsy is still a good friend. When they were just getting going they use to play our high school dances.

Always was a fan of theirs. The real deal unlike a lot of bands or groups that sell big but a lot of them can’t even play an instrument these days. Yeah I recall them playing school dances all over the Province. Was it David and Ritchie Henman ? That wasn’t yesterday, lol .
