An oldie but one I really like when I am driving is Burlington, Ontario's Saga "Scratching the Surface". Don't know why but I love that song. At least a ten to twenty over song.
Yup,Saga is pretty good. The first album is still my fave. The tune," the perfectionist" is all about Ellery Sneed cooking up a meal and serving poisonous wine to his guests !! "Give em the money" is another great driving tune.
On the Worlds Apart album,Amnesia,Framed and Conversations are pedal down tunes. "Conversations" is nice during some fast turns.
Mike, I had no idea that Saga had so many CD's. I understand that the group has a real strong following in Germany. Weird how some of these groups get around.
Thanks for showing their discs, I will have to find a couple more.

Funny how some Canadian bands do well outside of Canada. Yeah, these guys played Germany a lot. Kinda like Triumph was big in Texas. Here's another tune from the live album," In Transit ". A brief case. From 1981 in Dortmund. The CDs I have are some of the first CDs I bought in the mid 80s. They're still around, making music.
Rock groups are hard to define and perhaps understand. There was a Canadian group, Indio, who had one solid album, great writing and playing then just literally disappeared. Eddie Vedder does a great job on "Big Hard Sun" but it was actually an Indio song. Love that song, don't care who does it.

Another good one for the Blue Oyster Cult fans is this solo album from Donald "Buck Dharma" Roeser. A couple of Alice Coopers guys play on it. Neil Smith and Dennis Dunaway as well as Will Lee,Bass player from David Lettermans house band.
Rats Mike ... creating envy with this C7 driver that has no where to plug in a CD.
Can only seem to do the Apple "money pit" resolve ...
It's a feeling like I had quite a while ago when there was no longer anywhere to plug in the cassette tape.
Only in the Corvette, however, may we all agree that there's nothing wrong when you are CD or Cassette capable !
Enjoy your ride ... I feel another MikeysZ06 AB Tourism might be coming ...
if so, don't let the cat out of the bag and just surprise us - Cheers!
