I cannot add you to the list because you didn't tell us who the dealer #1 and dealer #2 areYou can add me to the list. Initially put on the list at dealer number 1 April 2022. Was told 18 months. Dec 20 2022 I went in to see them as see how many people cancelled due to high interest rates and price increases. And where I was on the list and what their allocation was like. They told me no figures but that no one has cancelled. Told looks like it could be 3 years now based on what number I was. That made me go to another dealer. Told them my sorry. Dealer number 2 told me they get way more allocations than dealer number 1. Said most likely within a year. Here is the outcome.
Dec. 20th 2022 Put on the list
March 17th morning 1100

Build day from NCM is late Monday May 15th if not the 16th. So with any luck I should have it mid June. Sorry do not want to give out the dealerships name as of yet. Once I take delivery I’ll ask my sales person if he would like me to post the info. Not wanting to get anyone in trouble.
Were you satisfied with the trade-in value?Signed the official Bill of Sale Saturday with my Trade in...Car is in Ingersoll, supposed to arrive @ Cullen's today or tomorrow, should be picking up the Vette by end of week..
Yes, Very satisfied....In my 2 separate dealings with Tracy at Cullen Chevrolet, he has always been really good to deal with. In all the dealings with many different Dealerships over the last 30+ yrs of buying cars, he might be the only Salesman I actually trust. If you are buying a Chev, I would highly suggest go to Cullen's in St. Catherines....I'm in Barrie, and it's worth the 2hr drive...Were you satisfied with the trade-in value?
That is crazy. You and I would have got on the list around the same time. I placed my order with a small Dealership (Scherer Chevrolet in Kitchener) as well and got my allocation with them last December. Picked up the car March 15th and driving and smiling ever since. Glad I put down an additional deposit somewhere else. Sure hope your allocation comes soon! Cullen wouldn't tell me where I sat on the list last December, just before I asked for my deposit back. Have they told you where you sit?Not yet!
wait times are 18-24 months and this is normal. It seems that you got lucky. That is crazy. You and I would have got on the list around the same time. I do feel lucky. I personally think that way too much emphasis is put on being with "one of the big three". I like many, liked the salesmen at Cullen, and have nothing but good to say about them, My medium sized dealer however did just as good of a job and was extremely transparent. I truly hope that GCrone gets their allocation soon!wait times are 18-24 months and this is normal. It seems that you got lucky.
If you want to put mine on the list.@Neils was your car built last week?
Thanks for asking Denis, I am in touch with Finch almost every 2nd day now. Still sitting at 3400. It is as if the plant is teasing me, with it parked somewhere, and guys having lunch around it on a couple picnic tables close by. My guess is it might be still in QC. Expecting that code to flip any day now. If it moves to 3800 in the next few days, then can get loaded up to ship out by next week, so mentally preparing for a May 29th (week) delivery. Then all the aero, wheels, PPF, tint gets slapped on at the dealer, and then will likely have the wife drive the family truck back home (with the OEM wheels and Z51 spoiler), and on my drive back from London will stop in and grab a motel in Scarborough, so that I can hand the car to Champion Motors to install the lowering collars and dial down the coilover spring plates in back (while working remotely from a Tim's). A lot of co-ordination and planning to get this thing all done up before bringing it back to Montreal.@Neils was your car built last week?
