Great job Manny! Those numbers are crazy and how the horsepower just climbs is amazing! Even on bad gas to boot!

The car looks great pj!!!

Thanks guys!

After sorting out the bad fuel issue, Manny and Arun were able to get the timing under control but the fuel pressure kept dropping off around 5000rpm but still made 562rwhp and 528rwtq on the dyno. Z06 fuel pump on order to cure that problem.

Hopefully Manny will post up more details about it, maybe post up the dyno video, discuss the custom NPP M2W controller he did for me and show off the powder-coating done to the calipers.

Looking good buddy. I was running a Z06 pump in my car this past season and had no fuel issues at 600 rwhp. Do your self a favor and have him add a racetronix harness also if you dont have one. It keeps current to the pump more stable. Best 100 bucks spent there. This year adding a BAP and hoping I am still good.

Thanks for the advice. I haven't had a chance to research any fuel pump related info since it came up unexpectedly out of the blue.

Stout numbers Rob -- Manny will sort out the fuel supply issue and all will be good.
He'll probably post the new dyno showing the new numbers with fresh fuel and new pump-- as he will more pics of the calipers and MTW switch.

The wait is killing us but I'm sure will be worth it.

Those are great numbers considering the fuel pressure issues. You are going to love this beast even more now! I want to see a fresh dyno vid when it's done.:thumbup:

Will be nice to see Polar Jet's finished up and final numbers (meth included).

He'll be one happy dude when it's ready for "take off".......:D

Not doing meth Colin, not at this point anyway. Final number was 574rwhp, tuned to 91. Not sure exactly on the max boost level but it was 8.XX pounds. We kept it under 9... for now.

Just waiting to see what the air/fuel ratio is and where peak timing is at.
Looks like it's just about time to arrange shipping the car back!

Good numbers, Rob -- probably best to be on the shy side of 600.....-- Too much of a good thing probably isn't so good. :D

She sure is pretty sitting there all tarted up and ready to rock and roll....:D

That Dashtronix sounds like a neat unit -- and steathly by reading from the HUD and DIC. I'd like to see that sometime.

Should be soon for sure.

I'm usually all about the loud exhaust but now I plan on going stealth so I had Manny and Arun tune with the NPP closed. The 574rwhp is in closed mode. Maybe I would have gotten a few more horses if had been open.

I'm not too concerned about peak numbers. It's above where I wanted it to be so I'm happy there, I just want to feel the extra power everywhere else.

Very cool. I totally respect that.

....good idea continuing in stealth mode. One doesn't like to attract too much attention. The few ponies difference with it closed won't be missed. :D
