Actually I think the car was built in the era pre concrete curb stops
I'll take the fence...its about in the best shape out of everything in the picture
Why do so many of these cars have perfectly straight trim and bumpers? Just can't understand it.

Dave I found the answer to the straight bumper to trim alignment, just open the hood to jack up the bumper.......See example here.

So Xfire hasn't logged in since 2019 but I see this thread is still going. I thought I'd add this picture. It's from an 8mm film of me and my brothers in 1963 with our Dad's 1957(?) Buick Special in Mont Tremblant
I believe thats a 58 Buick. Main reason I know is my uncle Joe had one, it was black. We went for a drive and as we passed a car Joe said "have you ever gone 100MPH?" I said "no", he replied "Well you just did!"
