Event New home build

[Rruuff Day]

Finally moved in a couple of weeks ago. I now officially reside in York, On. No.........not Toronto!!!!!!!
Will have some photos for you guys soon. There just wasn't time for the play by play I did on the shop last fall.

Thanks guys, it was a big undertaking especially trying to sell the other place all at the same time. It is sold.........to a friend who lived 6 doors up the street. He also bought my 1ton dump from me 10yrs ago. Weird eh!!

Way back in the 1990's now. Ryerson film and television production. My dads uncle was in the film equipment distribution business there. My dads cousin is still in the film equipment business there. I finished in 1998. But moved back here in 2002. Born and raised in Vancouver. So don't see much brick here. Gave up on working in film and television production......... One day I'll build a nice house.

I'm waiting for our real estate to drop a bit. When it does, I'm building a copy of the house I "grew" up in. Parents sold it in 1990. New owners remodeled everything including the exterior. They own Dueck auto group. Spent a few million redoing the house to their taste. It would cost too much redoing back the way it was. If I find the right plot. That will be my build project.

Did some nice sliding barn doors on our laundry room. I got the lumber out of a buddies old barn so they turned out really authentic. I'll put some photos up soon.
