I felt it was a bit underwhelming. After I had to dust it once a week for a couple of months, I gave it to a member here who gets a boner over stuff like this lol...

Definitely is a dust collector. After about a month I put mine back in the box it arrived in then tucked it away on shelf.
Then included it when I traded in the Stingray.
No doubt that it is not with the vehicle I traded in but in some strangers possession....salesman, dealer employee, etc, etc

Took delivery Nov. 2022 no gift. Talked this morning on the GM chat line and they took all my info and said they would get back to me in 72 hrs..

I just got mine this weekend and I took delivery this April.
If you're first week of Feb for Ron Fellows, Pasquale, I'll see you there! I'm already booked for the first Mon/Tues in Feb.

I was NOT told that by the GM Concierge when I spoke to them in early Oct, 14 months after taking delivery of my ‘23. They told me it’s on back order. They took my info and said they would call me back the following week to confirm I was on the list. They never called me back.
Hi Murray, it is nice to hear from you, and I am extremely reluctant to dis-agree with you, but when I picked up the car at Cullen's in Feb., Jeff Easton took me to the parts dept and said I was also entitled to a free gift within the C8 merchandise line. I selected the C8 jacket. the parts manager said they were popular choices and are on backorder, so it will be a while. The speed model came from GM and the free gift is coming from the dealership.
I have sent Jeff an email and asked him, or someone else to follow up with the jacket. I will definitely let you know what occurs.

That is from the dealer and not GM. I got my car there and received no offer like that from them. It is entirely the dealers choice.

I called today and the lady on the call was laughing as I have 3 coming. She's saying they don't get notified of when these speed models get sent out.
It's encouraging that folks are starting to receive them though.
