Current BG production estimate

Corvette Blogger has it listed this way as well. Shows 4B00 as Bayed waiting for shipping.

Do you have a link? Perhaps things have changed.

Never mind I found it and that is OLD news!!
Also found same information on GM Authority website.

There is "available to ship" and JCT has 10 business days to take these cars. I'm pretty sure they are not available to ship until they are invoiced.
The codes do not necessarily follow in sequence.
If a car is bayed (held in a parking spot) it is done so for a reason. Not IMO waiting to be shipped.
I could be wrong but after following hundreds, if not thousands of shipments this is what I've seen.
Things could have changed at any time. Codes can be applied differently for sure. But this has been my observation.

ORDER STATUS CODES
Code Description
1100 Order Placed at Dealership - status order requests by dealers
2000 Order Accepted by Chevrolet
3000 Order Accepted by Production Control
3100 Order Available to be Sequenced
3300 Order Scheduled for Production
3400 Order Broadcast (Internal Plant Order Produced)
3800 Vehicle Produced
4000 Vehicle Available to Ship
4104 Bailment Invoice Created
4B00 Bayed
4106 Bailment Released
4150 Vehicle Invoiced
4200 Vehicle Shipped from Bowling Green
4300 Intermediate Delivery
4800 Rail Ramp Unload
5000 Vehicle at Dealer - Awaiting Prep
6000 Vehicle Delivered to Customer

Things HAVE changed! A pilot project from GM apparently.
Bayed simply means parked now. Here is screen shots from Midengine of a members car delivery.

That’s good to see. Thanks for the update Murray. Someone else mentioned they are probably building a load of cars for Ontario which makes sense. Hopefully they have enough to ship this week!
