Corvette garage?

Here's what I did - 28'x36', 10' ceiling, heated floor, floor drain, 200amp panel, white sheet metal inside, all electrical in EMT exposed (so I can add at any time), brick and stucco outside to match the house, and painted the floor. I was talking to a buddy last week who had to replace the window crank on his car, he worked outside and ran the car for heat while he worked inside his car on the window crank. I told him that those days are long gone for me, now its about enjoying a coffee or beer, wearing a tee shirt any time of the year and working on what ever in my shop. Here are some pictures.

Heated Flooring. A Drain, although the City won't allow it, and a built in wand wash/or washing area. A stereo, so you can listen to music while you wash/wax/work on you Vette. Lots of lights so it's easy to see every curve.

Your City won't allow a drain why not? :(

This is What I'm takin about:D......I only have room for a 30ft x 26 ft:(

HOLY FREAKING CRAP, is that a cordless phone on the wall?:D That is an insanely nice garage! Did I say garage, I mean heaven. I love the magazine rack.

Thanks guys. the magizine rack was one of the biggest i could find, came from the states, i'm sure you can get them here but i couldn't find any at the time. i pretty much keep original ZR-1 era magizines in it, if any body comes over & has any questions, all the history of those cars is all in the pages, started to have a few magizines pile up so i figured what the heck, put them out. i've added on to the garage twice now, it's exactly 1401 SQ. FT. not huge, but pretty good size to be 'in' the city.
