Canadian E-Ray stats

Actually, with Murray being in Security, he had me lay on my back and handcuffed my ankles to my earlobes. He called it a Forum Counter Cyber Attack Maneuver...

The old FCCAM. Love it.

Sounds like some one is trying to justify their purchase more then anything else... :) If you want your sports car to drive like a comfortable daily driver with some speed then I completely get why one would purchase an Eray. If this is your fun car, then why not get something that is actually exciting to drive even when you are not doing triple the speed limit.

You have essentially made my point for me - you just don't seem to realize it.
Given the fact that for 'normal' driving (anywhere other than a track) the E-Ray is quicker than the Z06, and has the traction of 4 wheels, how is it any less "exciting to drive"?
The question posed should be, "Why would you want a Z06, unless you regularly visit the track?"
The answer remains as the 'noise'.

For all those Stingray owners out there, just ready to pounce on the opportunity of saying, "Well, why do you need anything other than a Stingray?",I do offer a clear response:
The reality is, as with the vast majority of Z06 and E-Ray owners, I don't.

The inherent flaw in this conversation is that, until we can all agree on the criteria (and weighting) used to determine "best" the answer will always be different. The feeling and emotional connection to the car is not a part of your criteria as it may be for others. For me, the stingray engine falls flat. Adding some electric power doesn't make the car feel any more special. The Z06 engine gives the car a different character.

I can honestly say that my feelings and any emotional connection to my car would remain as a constant, be it an E-Ray, or a Z06.
Suggesting that the Stingray engine "falls flat" is an argument I will leave for others, more mechanically inclined, to debate intelligently.
Please, let's proceed with your suggested weighted criteria.
I am confident that if it is done across appropriately weighted subjects, and with a true open-mindedness, the end result will be that a decision comes down to personal choice, and not which car is 'better'.
I'll even get you started, in your favour nonetheless:
'Noise' - Z06 9/10, E-Ray 6/10 - seem fair so far?
