I also just installed some shock tower covers on my front strut castings. Bought these for $70.00 on Amazon.ca Just a molded plastic part for each.
The installation was very easy. I am happy with these. Just had to delete one harness clip in the side of one casting. Does not look like a big deal.
Pictures here to view. Yes lots of water does sit in the passenger side strut cavities. None in my driver side.
