I'm going to be following the outcome on this as well. Some 20 or 25,000 km of Alberta roads in the non-winter seasons and my windshield looks like I drive down gravel roads all the time. Well maybe minus the most recent one which I caused trying to repair my drooping rear view mirror.
At any rate I'm aghast at having to drop $2,300 or so for a HUD Z06 windshield so if someone has luck with a good price and someone who knows the arcane art of Corvette windshield replacement I'd like to know of this myself.............
