All provinces are recommending not travelling across provincial borders, and some provinces have shut their borders to non-essential travel.

According to this article, BC to Ontario is pretty much open, but Saskatchewan and Manitoba have restrictions for travelling to the Northern parts of the provinces. Manitoba also has people at a few border-crossing points to spread the message about the risk of travelling when it's no essential.

Many border crossings to/from Quebec are closed. Some have opened back up.

Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick are pretty much on complete lockdown when it comes to inter-province travel. They are people at all border crossings, preventing non-essential travellers from entering or exiting their province (unless they are essential workers - they allow residents of the province to enter).

I see you're in PEI... I think you're kind of stuck there for now.

Just be careful where you park your car with Alberta Plates in BC. Some Albertan's have been vandalized or left nasty notes even though a lot of Alberta people own property and help keep eastern BC economies alive during normal times. :(

The vandalism reports are another overblown media issue. We have a seasonal site in Fairmont and have heard of nothing in that area. But thanks for the thought!

long overdue follow-up

Did a Oct 2021 x-Canada (AB to NB) road trip & Nov return with no issues.
Just a couple of greasy-spoons in ONT that wanted ID & vax-proof to eat in.
Online/Pickup Tim Hortons was a savior and in abundance for quick eat & run stops.
Was welcomed from QC into NB with a roadside check point ...
was surprised with the copious Police presence. There was much more
difficulty for a group of about 20 local motorcycle riders than for
a guy in a truck with a car hauler sporting Alberta Plates.

... feeling was "the bubble-trouble" travelling at the time
may have been over-exaggerated in the national media.

... three months now from returning to AB from this trip
and have not been to a Timmies since (LOL)

We will see what a Spring/Summer 2022 road trip has in store for us in post covid-five

Fully vaxed so no problem but sad to say East half of Ont and thru Que were the least “welcoming” at the beginning of Oct when it came to assuming that everyone was toxic. Just bad road-trip timing with not a lot of choice for “Eats” that are good with parking something 45ft long.
Hope our journey this year will be much better.

If timing is no problem you could take in the KINGSTON CORVETTE INVASION this June.
I think it will go ahead after being pushed back twice.

Via Kingston is actually an option that we are looking at with a Vermont - Maine routing thru to Fredericton. Hoping x-border and re-entry hoo-ha normalizes by then 🙏🏻

OMG … I’m thinking now of invading by hauling a corvette this Spring 🤪
