Todays contest, no purchase required, no prizes implied, curiosity satisfied. My guess is the green on the right is a late 40,s Mercury and the burgundy on the left is a Plymouth ?

Dave good morning. I looked at those cars as well and I am not sure. Thinking the Burgundy one is an English car maybe, a Humber or something like that. The green one, no idea at all.

I agree. The maroon one is an early '50s Hillman.

I dug a bit deeper, the green is a 51 Mercury, and the burgundy is a Hillman. So congrats and now we know.
