Little side note ... I have a set of C6 visor airbag label covers that I bought from an ebay seller in Michigan last year ... should anyone like to purchase them in Ponoka - I will bring them so you can see them first ... $40 ... I have already donated the proceeds to CCF in honor/memory of Don P and this annual Ponoka Meet & Greet

They are the correct black fabric material to match your C6 sunvisor.
These are die cut for uniformity and apply with simple peel and stick application.
Fabric comes with double sided adhesive already applied for simple installation.

LABEL COVERS ARE SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN AIR BAG LABEL TO INSURE COVERAGE AND EASE OF INSTALLATION.

You're welcome to pop down and meet us in Gas Alley and drive up with the group.... Don't want to step on Paul's @RockyPM planning but we (or some of us) could always meet you in Blackfalds for a drive up together if you like.
A drive thru Blackfalds from Hwy2 ... then backroad North thru Lacombe (as long as it's known to be an OK road) ... back briefly on the 3-lane portion Hwy2 to the Ponoka turnoff might not be too much trouble (adds maybe no more than 10 minutes to the leg) ... keeps us off a bit of Hwy2 shenanigans and might tame down that @Rick9456 stingray with his new supercharger for a bit too ;)
@RockyPM ... no big deal either way for me if @stefanis01 prefers not to join up in Red Deer ...

Hey everyone I know your going to remember to throw in your lawn chairs.

If the grass is decent to park on if we were to make a C for Corvette we could put all the lawn chairs in the middle for a pow wow! Jeff W can be the CHIEF !!!

Everyone..... I did recieve and order of Dynaplug stuff yesterday afternoon... will be bringing a bunch of Tire repair kits for anyone interested... with MITM, Cold Lake, the Mountain Cruise and next years Caravan these would be good to carry... and a micro air pump.

Look how small it is! Limited supply of these, head office is short of them.

Unless they've done some serious work to that area, there won't be a lot of cars that will park there.... Hopefully I\m wrong.

The area looks good from 3000 feet. :D
I remember it being rough in past years. Maybe someone could bring wood to make ramps and get us up on the grass on the north side of the wash? If that would be ok with the owner.

Looking forward to the run and washing my car at the car wash! Driving through two days of rain has left it less clean than I like. :D

Last minute wrinkle!

The Wendy's is undergoing complete renovations, and as I drove past there today the parking lot is full of trailers and garbage bins. The parking lot is huge though, so same place but let's plan on meeting behind the Petro-Canada instead. Same parking lot, just a couple hundred feet east.

See you in the morning.

Not a problem, will meet the Red Deer gang at Ponoka, safe travels
Rob

I can't remember the grass area so my idea is just an idea... maybe it won't work.

Wax on... wax off..... long day.... car is decently clean.
