2nd Annual Ponoka Meet and Greet

Ok, the rules were changed and I could not enter the draws for the BC concerts..... so, won't be going to BC next weekend

So, will see if I can swing out there for a bit Sunday am.

Talladega Nascar is on Sunday mid day and would probably want to watch the last hour maybe so maybe a shorter visit..... would be a good drive to get rid of last years gas.

Keep us in the loop here..... weather is looking ok.

Won't be making the May 4th Panoka, but if we could swing one later in the summer (thinking July 5/6 as that is when the Nitro Jam is going on at Castrol Speedway) that would be golden for my schedule!
 
Got the wheels and muffler mods don Rob? Will it be easy to follow you on highway 2? Just follow the rumble. LOL

My buddy Keith in a silver Z06 might follow me.....

My yellow ZR1 buddy said he car won't be out yet... place he is storing it at.. people not back till 2nd week of may.


We might leave about 9am and get there for 10am..... or 9:45am.. haha :)


Hope for dry weather... +10 was nice yesterday.. cat was enjoying the sun on my patio... maybe cooler in the am.. sun is the main part we need.

OK, Edmonton guys...... anyone want to meet at the oil derrick just before 9am and drive out together?

I live 5 blocks from that oil derrick Visitors info booth. Easy for me.

I wish Paul, hopefully by the end of May, I'm meeting with the a company in Red Deer that owes me money on a mod job my son did with his car, there we some issues that they have rectified and I opted for parts instead of cash, the wife told me not to spend too much on the mistress so this was my best option...lol...
Honestly honey I never spent a dime on her this year:D...lol...

That is a really crappy looking forecast. If it's not snowing, I still might come.......would just have to leave early -- like last year. I had the same meeting in Toronto.

I can probably change my flight pretty easily, and would like to come. I will be heading back to Edmonton from Calgary in my Vette tomorrow (Wedensday). Anyone want to meet up along the way somewhere? Probably going later in the afternoon. Departure from Calgary between 2:00 and 3:30.
