Now the dealer has to have some wiggle room for negotiations. Most consumers have never heard of negotiations. They think when a dealer gives them $2,000 off MSRP they did well. As a consumer, IF YOU SHOP AROUND, you can receive up 85% of
MSRP. You just have to find the right dealer. The deals are out there. As long as there is Supply and no demand. Vette’s the supply is low and the demand is high.
If the dealer can’t get the allocation but for the one he does get. He has multiple buyers at MSRP? You get what the market will bare.
That’s why since COVID most pay MSRP. No deals on Vette’s. Again in most cases. Even I paid MSRP
