1st scheduled DCT Filter, Free?

Some say our first DCT filter replacement is included free of charge. I can't find any documentation of this and haven't found a Corvette dealer that knows anything about it.

Any information on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

I've just been informed on the "other" forum this is a US only perk. looks like we get 2 free engine oil and filter changes in 2 years while they get 1 engine oil and filter change and 1 DCT filter change within 1 year.

-25% coupon for missing high wing LPO

Given the bargain Canadian prices for the car and its GM-ordered options, compared to what our US counterparts are paying when you consider the exchange rate, I'm not missing the "perks" we're not getting. If the Canadian dollar was on par with the US dollar, that would be a different story.

I am not lucky enough to have a C8 yet - but I can read the GM Warranty info. Here is what they say Lube-Oil-Filter Maintenance Program.† but I cannot find where the limits are with the "† " symbol. I note emphasis on "filter" - which one? This is really misleading.

I'm not sure it is answered. GM Canada in typical fashion, is way too vague.
