Hey guys, Thanks for the responses, sorry for the delay I was away. I am eliminating the front grills for some stainless inserts and wanted to put some lighting in behind. I think I am going to look at switchback led lighting. They are also three wire and should wire up. I will post some pics... -
Front turn/run question
Hey guys, Is it possible to separate the wiring in the front running light from the turn signal? I want to run a led running light on the existing run circuit but have the turn signal operate separate. Basically split the 1157 circuit if the makes sense. I can wire the running light separate... -
fuel gauge resistor getting hot
Well crisis averted, the issue was that the float was on empty (or below, no fuel in tank) and the resistor was being overworked. Half a tank of fuel and the resistor is nice and cool. Just want to say thanks to all for the advice and to Charlie for going the extra mile! Thanks guys. -

Hi guys, Thanks for the responses and advice. There is a new sending unit in the tank and the connectors can only go on one way as one is spade and the other round. Is the resistor working harder at full or empty? The tank is empty and I am wondering if the float is hanging low and at its... -

Build sheet replacement??
Hey guys, Any thoughts on how I can obtain a copy of a build sheet for my car? I found the original on top of the gas tank but it is way to faded to make out the info that I need. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Jeff BTW, the body is back on the frame :D:D:D pics to follow soon. -

Hi Taylor, I finally managed to find the time to finish reading this incredible journey. Man I thought I was taking on a big job with my frame off, but the fab work on the frame and the hours spent to make that motor fit.......... well dude you have this guy impressed!!! Wished I lived... -
